Shipping policy

Australia Post Tracking Information 

Most of our parcels are shipped via Australia post. Once your Juni Moon order has been shipped, you’ll receive an Australia Post tracking number via email. Please remember to check your inbox and your spam/junk folder just in case it’s landed there by accident. 

Delivery Notes from Australia Post

To help stay on top of your delivery, we recommend Downloading the Australia Post MyPost App to track parcels, receive notifications, and manage delivery preferences. Recently things have changed slightly and Australia Post may not leave a physical delivery card in your mailbox and instead will notify you via the app or your MyPost account. If safe to do so, parcels may be left with Authority to Leave (ATL) at your property. In other cases, your parcel may be taken to the nearest Post Office or collection point for safety reasons.

Courier Tracking for larger items 

We most of our larger items with our trusted courier partners Aramex and Couriers Please.

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case it’s gone there.

Tracking history will update after your parcel has been scanned at the courier depot.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on driver availability in your area.

Checking Your Delivery upon arrival 

We kindly ask that you check your precious Juni Moon items as soon as they arrive to ensure everything is correct and you’re happy with your order. If anything does happen to be missing, damaged, or a little NQR, please jump on emails  as soon as possible so we can help resolve it as we quickly as we can

We do our very best to pack your Juni Moon goodies with extra love and care, but on rare occasions, things can happen during transit that fall out of our control and we’re always here to assist and make things right. 

A Quick Note on Delivery Times

Australia Post delivery estimates are beyond our control once your order has left our warehouse.

While delays can happen from time to time, we’ll always do our very best to support you.

Delivery dispatch times 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business working days. Once your order has left our warehouse, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping service used.

PRE ORDERS

If you order an item marked as pre-order and have other non pre order items within the same order the entrie order will be held until the pre order has arrived, if you would like your other 'in stock' items sooner you must place a seperate order for those items or contact us to pay a shipping fee to have them shipped our earlier.

Picking up from our warehouse in Somerville Victoria 

Local pickup is available from our Somerville warehouse in Victoria between Monday to Friday, we aren’t open on the weekend. Simply select the free Pick Up option at checkout. 

Once you’ve placed your order, please send a text to 0479 103 047 stating your name and order number and preferred pick up day.

We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice so we can have your parcel ready for collection.
