Shipping & Returns


We currently ship to Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Italy and Spain. All Shipping cost for your country will be calculated at checkout.


For all Customer orders in Europe & UK may need to pay customs/import duties on your order. Juni Moon is required by law to declare the full amount paid & must include an invoice for customs if requested. Import duties vary from country to country therefore you will need to contact your local customs office for the duties amount that may be required to be paid for your delivery before being released to you.


Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the day your product arrives. 

Please send an email to indicating the reason for the return within 30 days of the delivery date of your order before returning your purchase.
All Items are in their original condition & original packaging (not marked, unwashed with all tags and original packaging). We are not responsible for any damage incurred during transit back to our warehouse. Returns that are damaged, used, soiled or altered will not be processed.
All Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay when returning an item, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Shipping fees are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or faulty goods.

Please check your product as soon as you receive you order. Unfortunately we cannot replace any faulty items past 30 days


If you believe your item has gone missing in transit, please contact us so we can lodge an investigation. 


Our products are handmade products crafted from natural rattan, therefore they will have imperfections making each piece unique

Not all Juni Moon items are available for overseas shipping. Please read listing's before purchasing. In the case that an item not available for overseas shipping is purchased & a refund is required the customer will be refunded minus the payment fee charged by shopify.
